Lead Leak Audit is operated by Alejandro Gutierrez. Questions may be sent to tsynamo@proton.me.

Scope

The $149 founding offer covers a conversion-focused review of up to five public same-origin website pages, a scorecard, evidence-backed findings, recommendations, ready-to-paste copy where applicable, and a 30-day priority plan. Website implementation is not included.

Delivery

The delivery target is within 24 hours after successful payment and receipt by email of a valid public website URL and business name. Access restrictions, outages, or missing intake information can pause that target.

Refund condition

If the completed audit cannot identify five concrete, site-specific improvements, the buyer is eligible for a refund through PayPal’s configured process. This does not apply when the target cannot be accessed because of restrictions outside the operator’s control and the buyer declines to provide a different public URL.

Limitations

The audit is an informed diagnostic and does not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, or legal compliance. Automated accessibility checks are screening signals, not WCAG or legal certification. Findings require manual verification before delivery.

Acceptable use

A buyer must have a legitimate reason to request review of the supplied public website and may not use the service to bypass security, harass another business, or obtain protected data.

Payments

PayPal handles checkout, payment data, and payment processing under its terms. The operator handles service delivery and the documented refund condition. Buyers are responsible for any taxes or reporting duties that apply to them.
